Happy Eggwatch, MN Bound Eagle Watchers!
Another great day on the nest and some sad news too!
Sad news first!
As I posted in the previous update the IR illuminator has given up the ghost due to power problems and we will not be able to see at night this season. The cam will stay on all night and we will be able to hear the nest doin's! We won’t see them coming but we will hear them leaving!
Busy day for Mom and Dad as they get ready to greet the new eggs.
Dad brought in lots of grass and a couple of huge sticks. Mom also contributed to changing the Feng Shui by helping place the sticks. Looks like they are close to being ready!
Mom shared nestover duck wing with Dad midday.

Lots of prep and lots of nice panning by the cam gnomes at BBC. Thanks, BBC!

A visitor to the nest caught during one of the pans.
Thanks to 989Razzle and to BBC for all the great vids and pics! Without them my job here would be a lot harder!
All in all another great day here on the MN Bound EagleCam. Hope you all had a great day too!
Keep your talons crossed for an egg tonight!
Happy Eagle viewing and we’ll see you on the nest!
